Helpful in a crisis

I had no previous experience of debt, a friend recommended Payplan and everyone I had contact with there was kind, helpful and efficient. When circumstances change drastically, and all you ever think about is how am ever going to pay off these depts. Payplan really take a lot pressure off. Very understanding they dont judge or criticise just put themselves out to help, and do it in such a matter of fact way you really feel so much better after you make that call to them.. thanks payplan. I have been struggling with my financial situation for some time due to a combination of health issues and the effects of the pandemic which left me unemployed and with no income but with existing debts that had to be met. Payplan have provided a debt management plan that is more than manageable in my current situation and provided me with an enormous sense of relief.The people that I dealt with at Payplan were understanding, polite and were and continue to be very supportive and I am extremely grateful for their assistance.
