This company came to me when I need more help than ever in my Life. Through the last 9 months of debt plan I’ve had a wave of losing my job and falling pregnant. This means my financial places has changed loads over last couple months. This company have been so kind and supportive through everything. I’ve managed to pay all my debts and my partners debt with an affordable plan that helps me manage my money and my stress levels! The process has been pretty easy throughout the years and now I’ve opened up about some personal issues, which I was really worried about doing and embarrassed to do, I’ve felt so supported. I haven’t felt judged or laughed at. No one wants to find themselves in an IVA but it’s been pretty smooth sailing all the way through and I’d like to thank the two ladies who have helped me recently from the bottom of my heart. I contacted payplan when I realised I could no longer afford all of my monthly payments to my creditors they made the process so easy and answered all my questions and advised me on what my best options would be to pay back my creditors thru helped me set up an affordable monthly repayment plan by contacting all of my creditors for me taking the stress out of an already stressful situation I couldn't be happier with their customer service Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
