Had a I.V.A. with Payplan 4yrs ago....I found no matter what the issue there was always someone on the other end of the phone to talk me through it.....which when in debt can be reassuring & weight lifted off your chest....so big thumbs up for my experience well recommended. Debt can be so easily solved

They ack quick, even when new debt came in they included it in a plan. Very quick to reply and lovely to talk to. If you are stressed before calling- do not be! Most helpful people I ever came across ! Reviewed on: 24th August 2021

Needed help

Payplan has been fantastic if it wasn't for them I would of hung myself by now A few years ago my wife was mugged and assaulted which then resulted in depression and anxiety. Not blaming her but she started buying things which got out of control .so we ended up taking one line out to pay for another. Cut the story short we ended up in bad debt that's why we are here today.payplan has been extremely help full .setting up a damp. I also had to have time of due to anxiety and depression due to the debts .payplan tried doing a iva but that fell through .so they set me up a dmp which I have been on the past year if it was not for payplan I probably would of hung myself by now .so thank you payplan mark Reviewed on: 24th August 2021
