They were the lifeline we needed

We were in a great deal of trouble financially with what looked like no way out but Payplan were there and helped us through and we can now look towards a promising stress free future. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2021

Caring and practical - the 5th Emergency Service!

Getting into debt is easy - admitting you're in a terrible place with your finances is traumatic, and trying to do something about it can be positively hellish. PayPlan took my distress in their stride and helped me set up a budget payment plan which left me with enough money to survive, whilst knowing that I am paying off my debts and keeping the wolves from my door. My consultant is patient and caring, allows me to have a tearful breakdown every time I have to do the annual review (debt is painful!) and yet I come off the phone to her laughing, cheered and feeling positive about the year to come. The services they provide practically saved my life and continue to do so. Amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to manage financially. I have chosen PayPlan from among three other companies. After a conversation with PayPlan consultants which took place in a very professional way. Employees are very empathetic to the customer and with an understanding of the difficult situation. I was very carefully presented with the possibilities, the plan and further procedures.
