My experience with payplan has been amazing, though the current climate of covid 19 they were so understanding and helped me though the difficulties I experienced, and even after all this I had issues with my car which I need for work purposes and they helped me gaining finance from a car broker all in all they have been truly understanding. Since the first time I got in touch with PayPlan till now, I have never had to wait for someone to answer the call, always great to talk to, always resolve my issues and never had any hassle from them.
