I have been unwell for a long time ang got into debt was having chest pains did not know what to do phoned pay plan very sympathetic lady very understanding as I was in tears helped me make payments comfortable no hassle great through covid Reviewed on: 18th August 2021

Saved me from likely bankruptcy!

From the second I contacted them 9 years ago with a £70k debt problem, Payplan lifted a weight from my shoulders, assured me they could help me and clearly took me through the options, next steps and likely outcome. Friendly and safe advice
