Before I found out about Payplan I worried about money and I worried about my problem. Since the day I filled in my form and spoke to a Payplan associate I have had a huge weight taken from my shoulders and I felt I trusted them straight away. Really amazing and Helped a lot

Very approachable

My financial situation was causing much distress trying to get out of a vicious cycle was impossible. I'm very proud lady and was very hard for me to seek help. Never in my life had I asked for help. Even in my darkest moments. I'm so grateful for myself making contact with payplan, who did not make me feel ashamed. They were very understanding and explained in detail my options available. Once I decided which one suited me best they helped me through the process step by step. Never judging me. Thank you so much for giving me opportunity to be to breath again and hold my head up.
