Hadn't slept very we for months as covid had had a bad not on affect on my finances, used to sit up worrying about what I was going to do. Heard of this company through my bank.. They were fantastic.. It wasn't easy talking to a complete stranger about my personal matters but they came across as very understanding and non judgemental which made things easier Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Payplan are professional, understanding, helpful, courteous, efficient and above all sympothetic with all aspects of debt management. The level of care eclipses other companies I have tried working with in this space. Others lacked the level of respect and understanding that I looked for, more interested in doing the deal in quick time. With Payplan we worked through everything in detail and nothing was done until i was 100% happy. The followup was and has been at the same level as the initial talks. Very pleased with my choice. You literally saved my mind

I thought I had nowhere to turn when my employer stopped paying me after being diagnosed with a chronic illness, the bills mounted up my health declined further and I had no money to pay anybody. My bank put me in touch with pay plan. From the start, they went out of the way to understand my situation, take me through the bests steps forward for me, and speak to all my creditors to arrange a monthly affordable payment plan.
