I was recommended to them by a friend after I got into a really bad place with debt. They are so lovely, completely normal and down to earth with zero judgement. I've never been happier and been with them nearly 3 years. I am eternally grateful to Payplan for their help, sympathy and understanding.Allowed to max out two credit cards and an overdraft by the bank, I couldn't see a way out. In the midst of a pandemic I lost employment and despaired at not being able to meet outgoings, payplan saved our situation, they were great, made it easy for me to work through and not have to worry about losing the house.
