Really helpful and understanding

I was put in touch with payplan via the CAB. I was really nervous and didn't fully understand what was available for me. I spoke to a member of the team I didn't feel nervous, they explained the process for my DMP and talked me through every step. Overall they were and still are very helpful and understanding. At my lowest point they truly helped me through!

After a messy divorce through no fault of mine, I found myself living in my dads box room, still paying a mortgage on my four bedroom house so my children wouldn’t suffer anymore than they already had! I started spiralling into debt, my mental health was affected and on occasions I contemplated suicide, the thought of what that would do to my kids stopped that! My life was in such a mess and I didn’t see a way out until I seen Pay Plan and how I could get an IVA, I spoke to the company and their advice and guidance helped me through the lowest part of my life! Their customer service is 1st class and they continually support me, I’m glad to say that I’m now turning my life around paying what I can afford and I know if it wasn’t for PayPlan I don’t know where I would be! Most efficient help around

We have had a great experience using payplan. It's not a situation anyone would really want to be I vol Ed in but they have made the whole process really smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a situation like ours. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

A weight lifted

My experience with PayPlan was nothing less than brilliant ,from the very first phone conversation to subsequent emails .The people who dealt with me have been understanding thoughtful and very professional explaining everything as we went along with my IVA and also in the interim period Breathing space .I could not recommend this company high enough I've spent years in debt and stress now with PayPlan it's been a weight lifted from around my neck Thank you PayPlan. Life Changing Help
