Payplan have helped me so much and I have never felt judged regarding my situation. They helped me create a plan to pay off my debt and have continued to help me with everything after. Great company

I put off my debts for years worried constantly that I would just try and sort it myself and it then got to the point where I couldn’t do that anymore, payplans staff have always been very friendly and understanding and extremely helpful with any questions or worries I had, they have taken a huge stress off my shoulders and I can’t wait to finally be debt free Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Help when I needed it most

I was in a perilous situation with really no where to go. I spoke to Payplan through a recommendation from a friend. The staff immediately put me at ease and to be honest once we had carried out the expenditure sheet everything pretty much fell in to place. It’s nearly been 12 months now since I started The journey to become debt free and Payplan has definitely helped us to become more focused on a debt free life. Amazing company couldnt fault them

I was going through some serious debt issues and I constantly ignored them month after month… knowing that it could only get worse. Then I decided to do something about it ! I called payplan, feeling nervous and worried thinking there was no way anyone could help me, they’ll just reject me and I’ll have to fixit all myself. No. Payplan even went through the phone call step by step with me, even when I thought this was a bad idea, they didn’t give up on me. They waited patiently on the phone call till I calmed down and then went through it all with me. I won’t go as far as saying payplan saved me, but. They did. And they can help anyone. Don’t hesitate to get help from them financially, they will do there best to help you just have to be willing to make the time and effort to help them, help you. Thank you payplan, you’ve set me debt free. (You know that bit in the Aladdin film? With the gene, at the end? That’s exactly how I feel ! Free ! Debt free ! ) Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Piece of mind

Helpful and friendly

Life can be tough especially with what's going on at the moment. Payplan is such an amazing company they have a great team who are really helpful and friendly, I was struggling to pay off my debts and had not much money left to be able to get much shopping and get myself and my children clothes I felt like a useless mother. Once I had spoken to payplan they made me feel so much better and happier in myself and I didn't have to worry about my creditors getting in touch payplan sorted me out with an affordable payment each month.
