Great support and great solution.

Having approached PayPlan last year, I am now able to pay my debts in an affordable way. Knowing that interest charges have been frozen and that a set amount is paid everyone, enable me to budget much better than before. As a result of Payplans help, I no longer have access to credit, so have learnt to live within my means. It is so good to have this piece of.mind and feel in control of my finances. Great support when needed most

I was referred to Payplan on Christmas Eve a few years ago as I needed to find a way out of the bad financial situation I was in. They were very understanding and helpful and showed a lot of empathy for my awkward circumstance. I am now well on my way to paying off my debts and can't thank them enough. Outstanding service

I have a mental health condition and the team were very compassionate and understanding. I lost my job just prior to the pandemic they advised me and helped me get on track, when I started my job In January 21 I was able to consolidate all my payments into one monthly payment. It’s a huge relief knowing that they have taken the stress out of dealing with kranky creditors who demanded money and exacerbated my mental health. I cannot say how relieved I am to have this sorted and in two years I’ll be debt free. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Everybody that I have communicated with at payplan have always displayed a sense of professionalism and understanding in a difficult situation. They take all the worry and stress of dealing with individual companies away from you and explain clearly every stage of the process you decide to embark on.
