Helped me get out of a debt pit

I was in a bad way! My wife had left me. My house was in negative equity. I had 6 indoor cats (the ex wife didn't want anymore). I had over £52000 in debt and could not see anyway of paying it of with interest. Payplan dealt with all my creditors on my behalf, arranged a managable repayment amount and got them to freeze the interest. I am now only 18 months away from being totally debt free and can then move on with my life. Cant thank them enough. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Life changing help when most needed.

I gave PayPlan a call when I was going through the hardest time of my life when there was nowhere else to go and this changed everything for me. It felt good to talk to someone that can help without being judgemental and it helped me a lot, both mentally and phisically. After a couple of meetings on the phone I felt less stressed and more in control of my life again and this gave me the motivation to go on and work hard and achieve great things. PayPlan is a great organisation and deserves all my support and admiration because they are doing great things and most important of all, they are making a difference in real people's lives. Patient understanding non judgemental

Was struggling to find ways to make all payments of loans / credit cards after losing my job called pay plan and spoke to the most polite and understanding person , within one hour had a payment organised that was affordable. Can speak to an advisor about my account any time and there always ready to help thoroughly recommend pay plan. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
