The main thing when you have an IVA is the help and support you get, they do send a lot of emails and they do keep in touch with you which can be really helpful they will work with you to assist what you can achieve Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

So helpful and not at all judgmental.

When we were losing sleep over our financial nightmare ,payplan took our worries and made them into a managable monthly payment,we were in a lot of debt, and although we were paying all our bills ,we were not paying anything off the balances.
