Friendly and efficient staff. Everything requested is dealt with within a quick manner. Correspondence is always excellent. Best ever

I struggled for years with trying to manage my debts. Buried my head in the sand, as they say. I finally bit the bullet and contacted Payplan and the I've never felt so much relief. The person I spoke to took me through everything; what they would do, what I could expect and how things would work. They genuinely cared about me and the horrible situation I had got myself in . If I'm completely honest, I'm not sure where I'd be now if it wasn't for their kindness, advice and support. Payplan definitely deserves to win. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Simple setup and reliable

After the initial setup it was simple and easy to deal with Payplan, I have been with them for 4 years now and have consolidated 5 debts into one simple affordable payment, it is easy to increase this payment or reduce it, the annual review keeps you in check of your debts. Awesome

Best thing I did to help me control my debt, very easy to set up and the team were so helpful with helping through the whole process, there is a app you down load and you can see the progress and also report any thing you need and they get straight back to you. DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN..

FROM DAY ONE PLAY PLAN HAVE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL,AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE HAD...AND NOW WITH THE COST OF LIVING GOING UP I.E RENT,ELECTRIC,GAS AND FOOD THEY FOUND A NEW PAYMENT PLAN WHICH AS MADE IT A BIT EASIER TO PAY...AND AS A SEVENTY TWO YEAR PENSIONER I AM MOST GRATEFUL...ANYONE WITH DEBT PROBLEMS SHOULD LOOK NO FURTHER THAN PAY PLAN..10 OUT OF 10..
