Payplan are so helpful and friendly and make the whole process really easy and straight forward. By entering into a plan with Payplan, I am not constantly worrying about debt and what is coming out of where and when. Helped when needed it most

I had hit a bad spot a few years ago and I was struggling to keep on top of repayments and I was in persistent debt. I didn’t know where to turn and it was starting to affect my mental health. It was suggested I reach out to Payplan who have been tremendous in helping me on the path to becoming debt free. Debt was wrecking havoc with my life. Being self-employed, all I could do and think about was to work an unhealthy schedule to cover my debts each month. Work became an obsession, with no tangible reward. I was happy that I was managing to pay back the creditors, but every other aspect of my life, relationships etc., was a dark void. Desperate for something to change, I found PayPlan, which literally changed my outlook on life. From the very first phone call, I realised I had been long suffering for no real reason. It was like getting a virtual hug, as the staff at PayPlan have your interests at front-and-centre of their process. It felt like a friend was helping me out of a massive hole. I've been servicing my plan for approximately two years now, and everything continues to run smoothly. There's no hidden gotcha's, they say it's a free service and it is free. ALL the money you pay goes to the creditors and PayPlan works directly with the financial institutions. My recommended PayPlan solution was a Debt Management Plan. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

My experience with payplan has been amazing after experiencing some very difficult personal experiences the team at payplan have been amazing the whole way through my journey. I can now see a massive improvement in my debt management which has had a positive impact on my own mental health and wellbeing. The team are amazing through email telephone calls, kind considerate and supportive. Use Payplan if you want to be debt free

After struggling to find a proper solution to become debt free, I found Payplan and after a quick live chat with one of the advisors I was put onto a DMP and will be debt free within the next 9months. In total it would have been just under 3 years on being on one and without this it would have been even longer as interest wouldn't have been stopped.
