Dealing with payplan is easy the staff are very helpful and informative telling you what is the best options for you to use they go through your outgoings and income then work out a suitable plan to pay your creditors when completed after they have spoken to creditors offering them a affordable repayment plan and then they will contact you directly to help you set up a direct debit payment to PayPlan who then make the agreed monthly payments which will give you total peace of mind so you don’t have to worry about any person or demanding letters being sent to you Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

I've been with PayPlan for a while, they are courteous, polite, extremely helpful. You can ask them for advise & their knowledge is very extensive. Which personally gives me reassurance that they know what they are doing. I've never been made to feel stupid or in the wrong for getting into debt. They do help in every way they can. The waiting time to get through to calls is usually very quick & email response is usually within 24 hours. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023
