Help with my debts saved my life

I have been with PayPlan for coming up to two years now and I am very grateful to them for providing a solution to my debt issues which had been causing my great stress. I am chipping away at repaying my debts and it's still somewhat stressful but I can now manage it and I have found the PayPlan customer service helpful, friendly and non judgemental. It might not be the best solution for everyone but it has been for me. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

I have been paying my debts over a long period and can only praise PayPlan in every way. I have always received a respectful, gentle and understanding service from everyone I have ever dealt with. Piece of mind

I had just separated from my husband and as a result was heavily in debt but PayPlan worked out an affordable debt management plan for me and 4 years on I am paying down my debt and also able to have a life. Thank goodness for them they are a lifeline. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Staff are friendly and understanding! I was so worried about asking for help but they put my mind and rest. I just wish I had reached out sooner, rather than going on struggling to manage.
