I first went to PayPlan over a year ago, we were all set and then I decided to struggle on. Within a year and the cost of living reaching sky high levels, I finally took the plunge. I'm so happy that I did. I can see light at the end of the tunnel. PayPlan have been fantastic, extremely helpful, so kind and understanding. I was struggling to meet payments, Payplan gave me a chance to get my life back. They understand when unplanned things crop up...like my wee cat got very sick and needed an urgent operation, they helped by giving me a month free of payments.
