Burdened with debt and struggling with my mental health, Payplan guided me through the process of budgeting and organising my finances. They organised my debt management plan and have alway just been a phone call away if I needed them. They review my case regularly and really are an incredible service. Payplan are making my life easier by managing my debt with me. I am no longer in the continuing spiral of debt and depression i was. Their customer service reps are lovely to speak with if i need to update my details or i can also use the Payplan app. Apart from annual reviews, which i forget are approaching now as they do not have the associated fear anymore because of efficient and friendly PayPlan representatives.
