Very friendly and courteous staff who are always available to explain the whole process in detail, and later to provide support during debt repayment. I have never had the slightest problem in the process of organizing the repayment. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

It took a bit of time to work out the figures initially, but I was happy with the repayment plan. Everyone I spoke to was very calm and sympathetic and I was especially pleased that they dealt directly with my creditors, so all I have to concentrate on is making that one repayment each month.
