They are supportive and non critical. Always available to talk to and respond within an excellent time frame. They made me feel at ease right from the start and just sorted everything out with my creditors with one mo they payment. Turned my life around

I contacted Payplan when I was at my lowest having had cancer , being in an abusive relationship and attempting suicide. Everyone I spoke to were understanding, never judged me and continue to understand when I go through periods of depression, dealing with me by email and messenger as I struggle to talk to people in person. After all avenues were closed as to how I could settle my enormous debt and start a new life again, I came across payplan and they gradually took me through the various ways by which I could be helped and eventually found me a suitable option to help me settle the debt without any pressing worries.
