Great experience!!

Spoke to PayPlanPlus about my financial problems. After discussing my various outgoing PayPlanPlus set me up with an easy to manage DMP to clear my debts. Great customer service. Very understanding towards your circumstances. My DMP was setup and running within a few days. I can now relax a little and start living life again!!! Great experience would recommend! Struggling with debt

I realise struggling with debt is nothing to be ashamed of and there is help out there if you only ask... Debt can be a frightening experience borrowing more money than you are capable of paying back if your circumstances change With the help of payplan I am no longer worrying about debtors chasing payments Always helpful staff on hand Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Got my life back on track

I felt I had nowhere to turn and was in a very dark place, but the understanding and friendly nature from payplan got everything back on track for me. It was very easy and once it was set up they sorted everything else out. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Payplan my saviours

Payplan saved me from myself because I was really struggling with my mental health due to debt problems. They were recommended to me and I can see why. They treated me with respect and not as a failure, unlike some other companies I had spoken to. They put no pressure on me, took control and sorted out an affordable payment plan for me which involved just one payment and they split that payment between my debtors. They even looked at my various insurance providers and found cheaper quotes for me to help me become debt free. Amazing highly recommend. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Very responsive, no pressure, just facts and support

We've been with payplan for about 4 years. When we joined we had a lot of debt. It was uncontrollable and very distressing. We are both professional people and felt very guilty and shameful about needing to ask for help. PayPlan helped without judgement. Whilst we still owe a little, our position has improved and with the help of PayPlan we've even managed to negotiate some lump sum final payments.
