I have always had first hand communication with my personal adviser throughout my time with payplan, they have always made sure that i can always pay the amount affordabke and work with me if their is a problem. They always understand me and listen to any problem if any arise and quick at responding to messages. I have never had any problems and they have made my experience easy from the get go and made me feel at ease when setting up my plan and worked out what was best for me and my family. PayPlan have been incredibly supportive of me for the past 7 years, talking through options to helping me decide which plan would suit my needs. PayPlan contacted creditors to arrange making affordable monthly payments. My original debt was £14,000, I'm almost debt free now and owe just £965. The support has been exceptional & i really felt i had no one to turn to when my world turned upside down after my marriage ended & i gave up work to care for Autistic son full time.
