Kindly, carefully and patiently guided me from the edge of a precipice back to having some optimism for my future. Outstanding customer service on the phone, so so reassuring and calm no matter how panicked I get. Don't suffer in silence!

I was really worried about taking steps to manage my finances. I have good job but suddenly it all just got out of control. A call to PayPlan and I didn't feel like an idiot.
