I was at my lowest . Had been left by my partner and debt . I phoned these guys up and they went through everything with Me It was so hard for me to do and face this on top of every else.. I broke down telling them and they were absolutely amazing. By the time I had done I they helped me establish an affordable monthly payment and for that reason alone I eventually started to move on with .my life . These guys are there for people like me. Straight forward no nonsense support

I contacted Payplan over 2 and a half years ago after finding myself in dire straits financially. They were so empathetic, understanding and helpful with advice and guidance. Can not fault them at all. I'd be lost without their support. I've managed to maintain payments so only ever have contact at my annual review. They rescued me from worry and stress. I was thousands of pounds in debt to credit cards thanks to my ex husband and they devised a debt management plan for me. 3 years on I am still paying off the debts but at an affordable rate and I can live my life and sleep at night Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

PayPlan are fantastic, helpful, responsive and always just an email/phone call away… if you have money problems, debt getting out of control and need help then I recommend Payplan 100%. I have had a DMP in place for two years… they were there in my hour if need and have never let me down. It is hard enough dealing with debts so letting Payplan ‘take the strain’ allows you to focus on getting debt free and your future. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

It’s amazing how we can come to an outcome to find solution no matter how big of a hole it is, they just help you and support you to fill that hole. Without payplan, I would’ve been dead by now. I hope all the other company’s do the same and keep working hard. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
