Amazing helpful customer service

After struggling with various debts I was pointed in the direction of the company. They listened to my concerns and issues. They went through a thorough check to ensure I was only paying out what I could afford and my plan was all up and running in a short period of time. Got heavily in debt with credit cards and loans. Could not afford to live with the costs with interest etc I approached payplan, who dealt with everything. Payments i can afford which makes my overall life and mental health much better Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

When having issues with debt, it’s such a relief to have people who understand and take a little weight off your shoulders. The staff at PayPlan are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and respond to questions within 24hrs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone burying their head in the sand.
