I was so anxious about my debts and how I was going to cope but all my fears were eased when I spoke to the lovely lady from Payplan who gave me a detailed explanation of the process,reassured me that everything was going to be fine and I would be able to start a plan that I would actually be able to pay back.I will never forget the relief I felt after that conversation.The lady was very patient as I had quite a few questions but she answered each one and explained in detail.I will forever be grateful to Payplan ,the night after that first phone call I actually slept well.Thank you Payplan Team for all you do.Super Grateful. Always reassuring and helpful. Never pressure you to pay more than you can afford. Make you feel important and give you a better life as they don't belittle you and help you every step of the way, whilst you pay off your debts.
