Excellent Service, Very helpful

Iv been with payplan now for over 4 years, in just over a years time I would of completed my 5 yr contract with them. Over 4 years when ever i have wanted help or advise the staff at pay plan have always been there giving me the best advice which has been really appreachiated. In 2019 I had a bad time and I was indeed to sort a car out and I didnt what to do, so I spoke to a Payplan staff member on the phone and that lady was fantastic we agreed a temporary hold on payments for 3 months which allowed me to use 3 months payments towards a car for me to keep working, that advice and help from payplan is worth everystar. On all my reviews iv always had a helpful friendly with the advisor's. I honestly can not fault this service. They deserve to win the award. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Always there to help

We have been with payplan for a few years, though out this time we have had high and low point and dam right impossible but they have always been there to help resolve or give out help advise so enabling us to stay in control of the debit plan Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Saved my life

Saved my house when I got divorced and was left in debt having to pay her off . I was in a bad way and could not afford to pay debts So Payplan came to my rescue and enabled me to pay creditors at a monthly fee that I could manage . Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Excellent advice and service

From my very first call, Payplan have been incredibly professional, attentive and pro-active.

Due to financial hardships, I was forced to approach a third party that could help me devise a payment plan to my creditors that would alleviate incredible stress O was under as well as honour my duties to my creditors. Payplan have been invaluable with their professional, attentive and very pro-active service towards me. Without them, my life would genuinely have been so much harder!
