I applied for a short term loan with Peachy as my little girl is recovering from a bone marrow transplant and I urgently needed to get her to hospital. Peachy were very understanding and my loan was processed quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 1st May 2017

Expensive, hidden charges, unhelpful and practices to increase chances of late payment fees

Having used a handful of times, I had my card stolen and had had a new one delivered but had forgotten to update my details, I was reminded to pay the day before due, however I was not contacted to be told my payment had failed, instead they waited another day to text, which I paid immediately and despite following the complaints process I was unable to secure the £25 charge I received.
