Been with Penny Post for many years, very easy to use website also if you do need to call them direct they’re very helpful and extremely polite, have also used the personal loan in the past and it’s all very clear and concise, highly recommend. Reviewed on: 31st August 2021

In my humble opinion PPCU deserves to be recognised and rewarded for the timely and helpful customer service provided. The team have consistently responded to all enquiries in a helpful manner on the same day the enquiry was made. On one occasion that my enquiry could not be addressed on the same day, the team managed my expectations by clearly explaining the requirements and actions needed to address the issue.
