The best experience

I was struggling to get a better policy for my dog as she had previously had a UTI. Pet sure were amazing at reassuring me that my dog could have the maximum cover, and provided me with the best deal compared to any other insurer. The website was easy to navigate and the call handlers/web chat advisors were all amazingly friendly. Will always stay with petsure now! My baby girl will have the best cover possible thanks to them and I will be forever grateful. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Excellent customer service

Fortunately I haven’t needed to make a claim so I can’t comment about that. However when I phoned to ask about setting up a policy the customer service representative was really friendly & informative about it & the cover included. They are also competitively priced as I’m now paying less than half the monthly premium I was paying with another well known company, but for better, more tailored cover.
