Fantastic customer support

I had to make a claim it was a complicated claim as my dog had a previous medical condition however once the claim was in I was kept upto date every step of the way with my dogs claim but money was dealt directly between petsure & Vets. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Great insurance

Although I’ve not luckily had to claim for Bella Petsure provides cover for different needs including dental treatment which many insurances don’t provide. English call centre which is not the case for Petplan. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Our Cavalier King Charles Tia at to have two teeth removed. We phoned Petsure The staff at Petsure was very friendly and sympathetic and helpful. Claim form received quickly, Tia had her operation which went well and received the money into my account straight away , no fuss no questions just straightforward transaction which was much appreciated. First Time Pet Insurance

Helpful for Pre-Existing Conditions

Went with Petsure as previous insurance wouldn't cover my dog anymore after having an accident and fracturing his elbow, petsure have covered my dog for this and I get plenty other benefits with my cover at a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Changed to Petsure because previous insurer had to many exclusions

Our vet recommended we look around for alternative pet insurance due to excessive exclusions on our 6month old puppy. I called and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and following discussion about our puppy's medical history he no longer has any exclusions on his policy. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Helpful, reliable when needed

We used Petsure for our puppy we bought in Feb 2022 and shortly after, our puppy needed treatment for a gastro problem. We were unsure on the process, having only recently taken out the insurance and having never claimed before with previous pets. Petsure were so helpful, explained everything we needed to do on the phone and we were able to complete the forms for claims online.
