Always friendly

I have had a very good experience for the most part with Plane Saver, when I call I received very genuine warmth from there service agents. They are always polite and courteous, they also have willingness to help with your query. One way I feel an improvement could be made is for them to have given myself news I had not been accepted for the load I applied for personally rather than a blanket email. This in itself felt very cold as I was quite disappointed and hadn’t had an explanation as to why I was refused. This is the reason for the scoring above. Reviewed on: 21st June 2020
