Very welcoming in branch today

I had to head into the Newcastle Grey Street branch to pick-up a new business debit card. I went just before the lunch rush, and was immediately welcomed and given my new card within 1 min. A good HSBC business banking day! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2016

Basic but sufficient for our needs

As we were keen to get the business started, we needed a business bank account quite quickly, and our chosen bank wasn't able to open an account quickly enough, so we decided to go with another bank. Our needs are fairly basic and it's fully managed online which works ok. Sometimes get an error message when trying to download statements but works itself out ok most times!
