Fair and understanding company, I had an issue with...

Fair and understanding company, I had an issue with a payment they understood the problem and given me a goodwill gesture. I get reminders about payments every month and a couple of days before, which can be handy. Payment alerts help too. Also I was able to deactivate the contact less on the card so it couldn't be used if I lost it. Not sure what more to put it keeps asking for more information!!! It's like a word monster and have no more words for it... send help!! Can I go yet it's taking ages for it to be happy Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
