Help Needed

I ordered some camera filters from a supplier in the US which never arrived, without the help of PAYPAL I would never have received a refund as the supplier dragged their heels and tried to persuade me to inform PAYPAL that I didn't need their help. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Got my money back!

PayPal have provided help in recovering money paid for goods which were not delivered as the seller was in the USA this would not have been possible without their help. They have also advised in respect of an ebay transaction where I was having difficulties with a seller who had not received monies which I had paid and advised as to why and when the payment would be made which helped both parties complete the matter.
