Paypal Credit - It's a GAME CHANGER!

5
Personally I'm always preaching about Paypal credit to friends and family, and I use it all the time. Simply because you have 4 months to pay it and you don't have to pay any interest if you pay it all off in time. 4 months is completely reasonable and I manage my family's finances months in advance so we always know we can budget to pay it off as we go. I've been with Paypal credit for many years now and I've never had an issue with them. If ever in doubt you can call them up and talk to an advisor or chat through messages on your PayPal app which is really handy. I just don't think any other credit card or loans provider will compare to Paypal credit, I refuse to take any loan with an APR I only ever accept interest free. I also currently am allowed up to £1,500 maybe more which is really great for if I ever needed to borrow more in an emergency situation and if you're worried about self control or spending you can select a cap so that it doesn't increase the amount you can borrow without your permission. But personally I'm confident in monitoring and keeping track of payments and amounts owed. My only room for improvement to Paypal is I wish they covered more website etc. they're already on more websites now but this would be great especially near christmas for amazon, grocery shopping like asda or tesco (although Iceland do accept paypal) or if they had a physical card to take out an about for an emergency taxi trip to a hospital or going to the vets and needing to pay a large sum that is out of your current budget etc. Only ideas of course but if they could do this and keep it as 4 months 0interest then I think that would be amazing and knock all other credit cards/loans out of the way for competition. Oh and lastly I like that with paypal credit If I can't pay now or the first month or two I can pay a lump sum towards the end if something else pops up, so it's any time and any amount during that 4 month time frame unlike other monthly payment lenders with 0 interest that need payment up front and split across the months as the minimum payment, often not needed but gives peace of mind if one month is tougher than the rest x Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
