Flexible and easy to follow

I find the Pay in 3 very flexible. I get reminders on payment and I can use the App for reminders as well. Every transaction is separately listed and each payment detail succinctly outlined for easy identification and understanding. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Helping me get my refund!

I ordered some clothing items online and paid using PayPal. When the items arrived, I found them to be of very low quality unlike what was portrayed online. When I tried to return them, I found that the company was in China instead of the UK name online. I tried getting my refund from the company and they were not budging and I went through PayPay. PayPal investigated the purchase; I was asked for evidence of substandard quality which I provided. It took some back and forth and time, but PayPal got my money back. I Reviewed on: 8th June 2024
