PP went on side of seller rather than buyer

Had recently an issue when I didn’t receive a package and because the seller said it was received that was it, I lost £17 as although the seller said it had been delivered, without any photo of it being delivered to my house ???? I thought that PP didn’t do well at all, it was a base decision and I was not satisfied Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

I made a brilliant choice when I chose PayPal

Great experience and pay in 3 brilliant idea no interest. If you have a problem with someone/something you have bought PayPal will assist you. I have used PayPal in 3 and it really does work, no hidden fees to pay. I have also had a couple of times where what I have bought through PayPal isn’t what I ordered and they have managed to get me a full refund. I’m going through one at the moment as the seller hasn’t sent me what he was advertising and I’m sure that I will get my money back with the assoc PayPal Thank you PayPal Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
