User friendly and a great team

I’ve always found it Very easy to use, it says what you need to know on the Home Screen and what you owe each month is straight away there to be seen, reminders and info is sent to my email whenever I need it. you can either pay manually a chosen amount or set up a direct debit which helps with options. I had one issue with missing a payment due to being in rural highland Scotland with no service, but after a phone call to the service team they waved my charges and said that it’s no problem. This is great customer care. understanding and compassionate when they didn’t have to be, I expected late payment fees. Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
