Convenient but customer service not effective

Convenient for purchasing things online, but anything that I had to reach customer service for was difficult, and one thing I thought for sorted over the phone didn't actually happen and I gave up. Changing the date of by direct debit payment for example turned out to be such a hassle. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Great for online shopping, but not customer service.

It's very convenient for online shopping and I'll keep using it because of that. No need to have all my cards details etc, just select PayPal and off I go. The customer service lets it down though, I can never get through to a human person who can help me out with my questions. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
