PayPal is always there when I need it .

PayPal is always there when I need it . I am really grateful. Customer service is great . I have been using it for many years now with confidence. It is great, trusted solution to online payments - I do not have to share my bank details! I trust PayPal and I am happy that they are widely used so my shopping is always one click away and secure . Another extra thing I used recently is PayPal credit card ! Fantastic thing I used my credit in Ikea as I would pay with any other card . Fees are really sensible , would highly recommend. PayPal credit something has to change

PayPal credit is generally super handy and good value . The only thing which I really do not like is the fact that PayPal prioritises transactions with interest to be paid off first. PayPal Credit does NOT offer customer to choose which transaction to pay off first. It is very unhelpful and stressful. Long term credit (12months ) with interest rate will be deducted before short term credit (4months) without interest. I really do not understand why customers can not choose or , logically, why the one ending sooner will not be paid off first? I was paying for months to find out that my credit with interest expiring in August 2024 was nearly paid off and that one interest free ending in March 2024 was still full amount! In the end I had to pay off all amount at once because PayPal would not prioritise it and expiry date was very close. Reviewed on: 11th June 2024
