PayPal is my go to Pay in 3 app.

PayPal is my go to Pay in 3 app. The user interface is so easy to understand and manage compared to other providers. I have never had a problem and all refunds are correctly calculated if I return items. The customer service is so useful and understanding too Reviewed on: 5th May 2026

I am so so so thankful for PayPal credit.

I am so so so thankful for PayPal credit. It is so easy to use, to purchase and to see what I owe and where I have been spending. I am also so grateful for the 4 month interest free timeframe that doesn’t require a payment every month in those 4 months. As someone who is freelance and doesn’t have a fixed salary, it really is a lifesaver!! I have the freedom to decide how I want to split the payment up in those months, or if I am struggling, pay it in full on the 4th. When I first used the credit and made the mistake assumption that it would automatically be taken out of my bank account but I was instead met with interest fees, I talked to a customer service representative and explained I thought it would come out automatically and they were so So Kind enough to remove the charge and explain how to set up a direct debit. I can not explain how thankful I was and how this amazing customer experience made me feel even more confident in using PayPal credit instead of another provider where the customer service makes you feel like it is your fault. I have not made the mistake since then. The only thing I would LOVE is a reward system like Amex or the British airways card. It would be amazing to have points that can be used for more purchases !
