Efficiency - Payment Holiday.

When I applied for a loan, the process was quite straight forward and not difficult to get a loan. I had something urgent to attend to and I was able to solve my issue because of the efficiency in processing my loan application by Bamboo Loans. Again later on, when I lost my job and could not pay the monthly instalment, I phoned in and spoke to a very polite and helpful member of staff who arranged for a convenient time that I would likely to be able to pay. I managed to resume my instalments as agreed. I was quite happy and satisfied with the treatment I received. I have recommend Bamboo Loans to my friends. I am happy to say I only have 3 instalments to complete my payments, I feel over the moon and if I had money I would have completed payment early. Well done. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
