Customer service agents are keen but let down by the...

Customer service agents are keen but let down by the company systems. Very high interest APR. iPhone app has glitches and app software not well written. Adverts for PayPal credit card keep popping up when requested not to. Asked for credit account to be closed and confirmed on the ‘phone but has still not been actioned. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

I found it hard to find interest rate APR on the mob...

I found it hard to find interest rate APR on the mobile ‘phone app. once found, it was quite high in the sector when compared to other lenders. User interface could be better/clearer. Very convenient for purchases though as so many retailers now accept Paypal. Gives a useful ‘buffer’ between credit card and retailer. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
