Dissapointing customer service

I had a £300+ unauthorised transaction on my account by someone who had access to my computer. Customer service initially agreed it was unauthorised and approved my refund but somehow didn't put the ammount on the ticket. After a couple of months I followed it up on the phone and was assured I would recieve my refund once the transaction value was added to the ticket. The refund was then declined and I had to pay for the full ammount. Was very dissapointing customer service. Other than that my experience has been good but now I've paid off the card I doubt I will use it again due to the lackluster support. Reviewed on: 17th June 2024
