Disappointing practice and ethics

My renewal premium came through. I contacted you regarding a reduction. I was offered the original rate but when the auto renewal was applied it was at then new higher rate. I was very disappointed but was told no refund for the difference would be forthcoming. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
