It's a terrible account.

It's a terrible account. It logs you out every time they do an update, there's no transparency to their cashback processing at all, the app is absolutely bare bones, and it's clearly targeted at migrants and people that think (incorrectly usually) that they can't get a better account. Their only saving grace is that they offer better cashback rates than other providers at some retailers I frequent. However, their cashback is provided by blackhawk so all it'll take is blackhawk making their own consumer card or a better provider using blackhawk's network and SuitsMe are essentially worthless in thr industry.
