I have not had to use customer service so I had to put neutral. I've never had a problem. The only thing that bites me a bit is not everyone and everywhere accept credit or debit cards. Infact in Ripon there are a few shops and takeaways that have signs saying cash only also if your buying privately off market place you need cash. As I settle my account in full every month I can't see the problem in whether I withdraw cash I pay the charge. But that's just my personal opinion. Otherwise I'm very happy with Zopa Bank and the app is so easy not getting updated and messed about with every week like most apps. Keep up the great work Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
